This year's workshop will feature sessions designed to meet specific needs identified through industry and prior attendee feedback, including "The Fundamentals of Insurance: What You Need to Know," followed by an interactive session, "The Insurance Game," which will provide a thorough introduction to insurance processes. Additional sessions include a drill down on insurance product ideation, including product development and lifecycle, the benefits of building an engaged customer community, and a panel discussion involving insurance company executives who will explain industry buying processes and preferences. The first day concludes with a networking reception for all attendees and presenters.

Second day topics include a presentation on social media and your salesforce, a moderated discussion challenging attendees to examine the impact of change management on IT solution success, and ideas for content creation and curation that can help solution providers effectively reach an insurance company audience.
